Print this page         Refer to a friend

Design of pressure relief and relief disposal systems carry a significant weightage in the overall design of facilities in chemical, petro-chemical and Oil&Gas plants. Training in these areas therefore warrants a course dedicated for this purpose.

The course broadly covers the following topics specific to the facilities involved in pressure relief and disposal systems.

  • Pressure relief valve sizing

  • Flare relief network sizing

  • Types of flares and selection

  • Estimation of flare radiation

  • Estimation of hot spot temperatures

  • Estimation of flare dispersion

  • Sizing of flare knock out vessels

  • Sizing and selection of various utility systems associated with flares

Duration: Full time batch: 12 Working days (Except Saturday/Sunday/Public Holidays) 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please check with us on the minimum batch strength required.

Joining schedule: One can join at any mutually convenient time.

Course fees: Rs. 40,000.

Who can join? Degree or Diploma holders in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
